My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On the one hand, I really appreciated the fast and pleasant check-in process, along with the helpful front desk staff. They went out of their way to assist us even after checkout. However, my overall experience was marred by some concerning cleanliness issues in the rooms and public areas, particularly at one property I initially booked. While the other hotel they moved us to was newer on the outside, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. It was certainly not the ideal stay for my family.

However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with issues like roaches and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Overall, if you’re looking for basic amenities and great value, this could fit the bill, but be prepared for cleanliness concerns.
